WI Teen Hit with Marijuana Possession After Mom Lets Cop Search Car

John W. Gemeinhardt, an 18 year old in WI, has been charged with marijuana possession after he didn’t allow a cop to search his car, but his mom later allows the officer in and finds a pipe with residue inside. If convicted, he faces up to seven months in jail and $1,500 in fines.
