University of Colorado Plans to Close Campus on 4/20

So what if it’s now legal? For the third year in a row the University of Colorado plans to close its Boulder campus for the upcoming marijuana smokeout. Either campus officials are the ultimate buzzkill or they are going for the biggest hotbox attempt ever for 4/20.
