Trayvon Martin’s Marijuana Use Not Brought Up in Trial

After all the controversy caused by the judge’s decision to allow testimony about the levels of cannabinoids in Trayvon Martin’s system, the defense decided not to even bring it up. Mr. Zimmerman seemed a bit shocked, but I suspect that his attorneys realized that minor amounts of cannabinoids do not even suggest that Martin was high, and that marijuana doesn’t make people aggressive anyway.
