Jamen Shively, a former Microsoft engineer and creator of the Diego Pellicier ‘premium’ marijuana retail brand, is scheduled to speak Monday at noon at San Francisco’s Sir Francis Drake Hotel, near Union Square. Joined by former Mexican President Vicente Fox, they’ll talk about how legalization is hurting Mexican drug cartels.
