Pennsylvania Hempland Security held their third rally this year for cannabis legalization in Pennsylvania in Penn Square in Reading on Saturday. The rally was in support of SB 528, Senator Daylin Leach’s Regulate Marijuana Act. The rally featured supporters carrying signs and speakers in favor of legalization, including candidate for governor John Hanger, who plans to legalize cannabis (first medical marijuana, then full legalization) if he’s elected.
