Wellness Connection of Maine, which owns dispensaries in Hallowell, Portland, Thomaston and Brewer was cited by the Department of Health and Human Services for 20 violations, including illegally using pesticides on medical marijuana plants. The Maine Patient’s Coalition has planned a protest for 4pm Friday.
