Portland, ME Legalization Effort Exceeds Signature Threshold

A marijuana legalization effort in Portland, Maine has gathered more than twice the required signatures to put the question before voters. The proposed ordinance would legalize the possession of up to 2.5 ounces for adults 21 and over.
