PA Police Arrest Speakers, Organizers at Marijuana Rally

The 5th monthly Smoke Down Prohibition rally in Philadelphia ended with police breaking through the crowd to arrest several individuals for smoking marijuana, including the primary organizer of the event and the man that was speaking at the time. Several, including New Jersey Senate candidate Don DeZarn, were given citations and released.
