Lynnette M. Shaw, who opened the 1st licensed medical marijuana dispensary in the US, has filed for personal bankruptcy after the federal government shut down her Marin Alliance for Medical Marijuana. The IRS strong armed her using the same bullshit section 280E tactic that was used against Harborside Health Center to say Shaw still owes them $1.27M in back taxes. Read more at Forbes.
