Oregon Dispensary Law Won’t Stop Pending Cases

Oregon’s recently-passed medical marijuana dispensary law won’t help owners and operators that were arrested before its passage. Not only that, there is a specific amendment in the law that allows for the continued prosecution of dispensary cases until next year, when the state begins issuing licenses.
