Ohio Hemp and Medical Marijuana Amendment Launches

Ohio Rights Group launched the Ohio Cannabis Rights Amendment this weekend, gathering the 1,000 signatures required to obtain a state-wide petition. The amendment would legalize medical marijuana and grant permission to cultivate industrial hemp. Ohio Rights Group President John Pardee claims this could provide up to 1 million new jobs.
