The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the National Institute on Drug Abuse are about to conduct the first DUI study to analyze the effects of inhaled cannabis. The weed will come from a federally funded laboratory at the University of Mississippi, the only US facility permitted to grow for medical and research purposes.
Why is U. Miss the only University allowed to research? Whose pockets got lined is what I would like to know. I already doubt the veracity of their study since a government agency is using government weed. If they want to test the effects of alcohol they don't brew their own Miller.
