NH Medical Marijuana Bill Sponsor Expresses Concerns

New Hampshire Rep. Donna Schlachman, who sponsored the newly-passed medical marijuana bill in the state, answered questions and expressed concerns about some of the changes that were made. Among her concerns, were the removal of the home growing provision and lack of legal protection before dispensaries are open.
