For the fourth time in five years, a cannabis decriminalization bill has been approved by New Hampshire’s House of Representatives. The bill would reduce penalties for possession of up to only 1/4 oz. to a $200 fine.

A $200 fine is $200 too much! That said, it's still better than the laws around most of America; like Friggin' Virginia where they won't hesitate to lock you up. Anyone living here has to wonder whatever happened to "The Land of the Free". Virginia's leaders seem to care only about profits and that apparently includes keeping the prisons full.
