Nevada Senator Working on Medical Marijuana Dispensary Bill

Senator Tick Segerblom is working on a bill to authorize medical marijuana dispensaries in Nevada. The dispensaries would be for-profit, taxed, and regulated as tightly as casinos by the Gaming Control Board. Segerblom’s goal is to give medical marijuana patients legal access to their medication.
