Nevada’s Department of Health is preparing its MMJ business regulations, and officials say the state could be ready to issue licenses for commercial growers and dispensaries by April 2014. Any conflicts that arise in the rule-making process could delay this process further, and administrators say it is unrealistic that any licenses will be issued by April 1st, but things are moving in the right direction.

I really hope this happens soon. I would love to try MMJ to see if it helps alleviate some of my many medical issues. I do not want to smoke it, so hopefully there will be a way to get it in a different form.
