Proposed regulations for Nevada’s medical marijuana program seem to discriminate against the poor, both because hopeful entrepreneurs need an extra $250,000 laying around and because the home grow provision may be removed.

Ya…I was part of this conference, and the gentleman that was yelling about Nevada's "discriminatory practices" was an employee of the NAACP….that's certainly not where I take issue. This gentleman, speaking over the loud speaker via telephone, started by saying "I work for the NAACP, but you can tell from my voice I am white." Call me crazy, but last I checked, I do not have the ability to tell whether someone is white, black, hispanic, Jewish, asian, pacific islander, etc. from hearing their voice over the phone. He lost all credibility with me the second he said that….
