MN Medical Marijuana Bill Introduced for 2014

Rep. Carly Melin introduced her medical marijuana bill at Minnesota’s Capitol yesterday, but the proposal is little more than an informative placeholder for the 2014 session. While the bill already has a great deal of support from Republicans and Democrats alike, Minnesota governor Mark Dayton opposes marijuana, even for medicinal use.
