Missouri Lawmaker Busted for Minor Cannabis Possession

Missouri Representative Jeremy LaFaver, co-sponsor of a bill this year that would have reduced penalties for minor cannabis possession, was pulled over Sunday and was found to have under 35 grams of marijuana and a pipe. LaFaver has resigned from a Democratic fundraising campaign but will not resign from his seat in the House of Representatives.
