Michigan Marijuana Decriminalization Bill Introduced

Michigan Rep. Jeff Irwin introduced a marijuana decriminalization bill yesterday. The bill would make possession of up to an ounce a civil infraction rather than a misdemeanor. It is being co-sponsored by Marcia Hovey (D), Mike Shirkey (R) and Mike Callton (R).
