MI Judge: Medical Marijuana Users Can Collect Unemployment

A Michigan judge, William Collette, has overturned a state commission denying unemployment benefits to a medical marijuana patient that was fired after failing a drug test. Jenine Kemp, formerly a hospital employee, suffers from Lupus and neuropathy, and previously informed her employers of her medical marijuana use.
