Assemblyman Tick Segerblom requested a bill yesterday to allow eligible patients in Nevada to obtain medical marijuana from dispensaries. Presently there is no legal way in Nevada for medical marijuana dispensaries to operate. Read more at Las Vegas-Review Journal.
