Maryland Medical Marijuana Takes Serious Step Forward

Maryland’s House of Delegates has approved a medical marijuana bill that would allow patients access through academic medical research facilities. While this would be a more tightly regulated system than most, it would involve “some of the countries most respected medical institutions” according to Dan Riffle of Marijuana Policy Project.
