At least the failed war on cannabis provides never-ending ingenuity to chuckle at: US Border Patrol agents found marijuana inside soup cans inside of larger cans and sealed on the ends. Drug smugglers were using a pneumatic cannon to fire it over a canal and border fence in Arizona.
