Crohn's patient here Marinol was the best treatment I ever had until my doctor could no longer prescribe it. The 400mg per day of opiates don't work not to mention the tolerance I've developed is epic! Compared to THC well there is no comparison. THC = eating once a day without digestive distress and steel melting heart burn.
