Man Throws Drug-Filled Football Over State Prison Fence

Christen Deon-Sterling Moore’s decision to throw a drug-filled football over a state prison fence resulted in a prison sentence of 17 to 60 months on two counts of furnishing contraband to a prisoner in prison. The football contained marijuana, suspected heroin and three cell phones, according to Michigan State Police Detective Trooper Toby Baker.
