Bragging about an illegal marijuana operation and posting it on YouTube for the whole world to see is, well, maybe not the best idea. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police busted Jason Pelletier and his wife, Stephanie, on Friday after being tipped off to YouTube videos under the name Buddynuggets78, chronicling weekly updates of their pot crop.
You can talk all you want about your crop, but taking pictures is a big no-no. Anything you type in the comments section could simply be all BS people say things all the time that aren’t true – you may have been drunk, stoned, etc and exaggerating to make your point more credible.
A picture or video constitutes legal evidence which can and will be used against you in court!
