Iowa Senate Democrats Back Medical Marijuana Bill

Democrats in the Iowa state Senate on Wednesday introduced a bill that allows the use of medical marijuana for qualifying conditions, and the creation of non-profit mmj dispensaries. The legislation has little chance of becoming law because of opposition by Republican lawmakers.
