Last Friday, medical marijuana activists Lindsey and Josh Rinehart’s two sons were returned to them after 17 days. The children were taken after police found marijuana ‘within reach’ of the kids in late April. No charges have been filed against the couple, though prosecutors are reviewing the case.

the only charges that should be filed are charges against the people that took these kids away from their parents for 17 days, I dont see anyone charging the parents that left loaded guns around their homes only to have one child kill his sister with his Crickett 22 rifle no thats ok to leave a loaded gun around the house so kids can harm one another. What a sick and twisted double standard.
