The state of Georgia has entered an agreement with GW Pharmaceuticals and Georgia Regents University to trial a marijuana-based epilepsy treatment according to a new article on Leaf Science. The agreement comes just months after Georgia lawmakers failed to pass a bill that would have allowed the use of CBD to treat seizures.
