First Washington ‘green’ or Marijuana DUI Under I-502 Likely in the Pipeline

With more than 130 arrests for suspected driving under the influence of drugs in the state since marijuana possession became legal on Dec. 6 (I-502), it’s likely the first DUI charge for driving while having a blood level of 5 nanograms or more of THC is in the pipeline toward the court system.
