Ex-Microsoft Marijuana Hopeful May Have Spoke Too Soon

Jamen Shively, an ex-Microsoft executive that recently announced plans to begin building a national marijuana brand, is facing lots of criticism. While some of this criticism may be biased by the thought of future competition, I know that Mr. Shively can’t open any retail marijuana stores in Colorado unless he’s lived here for at least 2 years.
