Dutch City Cracks Down on Coffee Shops Selling Marijuana

Maastricht, a Dutch city near the borders of Belgium and Germany, has cracked down on its coffee shops selling marijuana, for providing the bud to tourists. An April ruling saying that a coffee shop should not have been shut down for selling to tourists encouraged the shops to resume sales to tourists, in violation of a controversial ban.
