Senator Daylin Leach released the full text of the Regulate Marijuana Act. The bill is similar to Amendment 64 in that it legalizes possession for adults 21 and over and allows for home growing in a secure space. Like I-502, marijuana would be regulated by the state’s Liquor Control Board.
