Ethan Ruby is a Connecticut businessman that has been raising money to finance a medical marijuana dispensary. He has been claiming that he owned a dispensary in Colorado which was successful and employed almost 30 people. The trouble is, the so-called dispensary is nowhere on any official records, and neither is Ruby.
