Colorado’s Amendment 64 Task Force has voted to recommend allowing tourists to buy marijuana, though the amount will be limited to curb resale attempts. The task force also recommended that owners of marijuana businesses must be Colorado residents for at least two years.
This is great news for Denver and other easy-to-get-to cities in CO. Had this been the case many years ago, I'm not sure I would have ever made it to Amsterdam.
