Concentrated Marijuana Under Review in Colorado

Colorado currently allows adults over 21 to possess an ounce of marijuana for recreational use, but the law makes no distinction between raw flowers and concentrated marijuana, such as BHO or certain edibles. House Bill 1361, if passed, would place specific limits on concentrates, as is the case in Washington state.
