Years after such a system was supposed to be in place for medical marijuana, Colorado regulators are preparing to roll out a system using radio frequency tags for seed-to-sale tracking of cannabis. Business owners are irritated that they will only have a short time to learn the system. The Department of Revenue will be scrambling to train thousands of employees and business owners in the medical cannabis industry starting in September.
