With recreational shops preparing to open by the end of winter, Colorado mountain resort towns are deciding where they stand on the sales. Telluride, Aspen, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs and Crested Butte are all set to welcome recreational marijuana, while Vail has banned stores.
