CO Training State’s First Weed-Friendly Police Dog

Washington has already begun training new police dogs that do not alert police to marijuana, and Colorado is now getting on board. It’s crucial for these two states to train new police dogs because marijuana is no longer illegal, and a false alarm from a drug dog for marijuana would lead to an illegal search.
