CO Marijuana DUI Bill Sadly Moves Closer to Becoming Law

After a delay of about a month, Colorado’s marijuana DUI bill has been approved by a House Committee and awaits a vote by the full House. The bill (HB 1114) would use blood tests to check drivers for alleged impairment. Accused drivers would still be able to argue sobriety on the basis that the testing method is flawed for regular cannabis users.
