Business Insider: Marijuana Has Won the War on Drugs

In his article in Business Insider, Walter Hickey says, “At least when it comes to marijuana, the war on drugs is over.” He cites the state-wide legalization votes in Colorado and Washington, of course, as well as Drug Czar Gil Kerlikowski and President Obama’s treatment of marijuana as a public health issue.
