Broomfield, CO Bans Marijuana Businesses Until 2015

Broomfield’s City Council voted 7-3 to ban marijuana businesses in the city until January, 2015. The ban could be made permanent afterward with a public vote. Since the implementation of Amendment 64 will not cause the sky to fall, I expect voters to defeat this ban in 2015.
