The US Bankruptcy Court in San Diego has granted the landlord of Mother Earth Alternative Healing Cooperative’s headquarters permission to move forward with evicting the medical marijuana dispensary because the landlord is at risk of losing its property after US Attorney Laura Duffy sent a warning.
