Bills That Would Legalize Marijuana Introduced in Georgia

A Georgia state senator has introduced two pieces of legislation Monday that would legalize both medical and recreational marijuana in the state. SB 6 would allow those at least 21-years-old to purchase a “limited” amount of marijuana and SB 7 would authorize marijuana for medical use for those with a “debilitating medical condition.”
