Rep. Todd Rutherford (D-Columbia, @RepRutherford) filed Thursday the “Put Patients First Act”, to allow the use of medical marijuana in South Carolina. It has provisions for people with cancer, AIDS, glaucoma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and cachexia.
