BC Decriminalization Petition Approved, Signatures Needed

Cannabis reform activist Dana Larson has been granted approval by Elections BC to begin collecting signatures for a cannabis decriminalization petition. The “Sensible Policing Act” would forbid the use of British Columbia police resources to prosecute possession of small amounts of marijuana.
