For the fifth time, Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has rejected a medical marijuana proposal that would put the issue on the ballot. McDaniel says the language is ambiguous, but unless we have no reform lawyers in Arkansas, this is clearly just an excuse to stonewall MMJ. How could all five proposals have been poorly written?
