Arizona Republican Senator Kimberly Yee has authored 4 bills relating to medical marijuana. Senator Yee wants to allow medical marijuana research on college campuses, medical marijuana infused products to be labelled, possession and use to be restricted from areas near child care facilities, and allow law enforcement to destroy seized medical marijuana.

So how can this woman decide to allow law enforcement to destroy seized medical marijuana ….. when the Arizona courts decided that law enforcement has to return medical marijuana.
