Arizona Marijuana Law Is Constitutional, State Judge Says

An Arizona voter-approved law that decriminalizes the possession and sale of marijuana for medical uses isn’t pre-empted by the federal Controlled Substances Act, and therefore is not unconstitutional, a state judge said.
